An experienced consultant with more than 30 years of experience, Rob is most proud of his availibility, which in group insurance, is the best benefit. Rob is available every day, for every employee, and has kept the same cell number since graduating law school in the 90's. Rob maintains the daily functions of service and measurement in every supported plan. He is equally comfortable hammering out details with actuaries and underwriters and making the complexities of healthcare easy for plan members to understand. The daughter of a primary care physician, Doree grew up in healthcare. For more than two decades, she worked as a healthcare administrator, learning to speak the language that exists "behind the glass" in the healthcare industry. Today, as a consultant and advocate with Protocol Health, she puts her background, education and experience to work by providing plan members with a caring and knowledgable voice that spans the gaps between provider venues of care, insurance carriers, and the member's plan design. Doree is a powerful advocate for both your organization and your team.

Julia is both our client accounts liaison and our social media director. She brings extensive experience in client services and hospitality, as well as web design and insurance marketing. Julia began her journey into the insurance world as a benefits verification specialist, and has since worked her way up in the firm.
